IMPORTANT TO READ BEFORE ANY COMMISSION!When starting to order from me, you have agreed and read the terms and conditions before commissioning.
Below is my information of my service, shows what I draw and don't.I have any rights to terminate for any convenience in case a client violates TOS.-----------------------------------------------------------

2. THINGS I DRAW
★ Concept Arts
★ Remaking Manga Panels (RECOMMENDED!)
★ Character Sheets
★ Anime Humans
★ Brutality scenes (Specialty!)
★ Romance
★ Characters of any sex, age, gender
3. THINGS I DRAW BUT LESS EXPERIENCE
★ Fantasy Creatures
★ Complex Background
★ Animals
please do be patient with this one especially doing background.
4. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Payments Available:
Wise, Paypal, Ko-Fi
PREFERRED PAYMENTS : Wise, Paypal
★ The price for the commission may varies on complexity (my specialty)
★ Prepayment are expected to receive before any work progress after discussion.
★ After a concept has been shown, you are required to pay full payment upon agreeing to the concept before any full working progress according to the discussion deal.
★ REFUNDS : Refunds are only applicable if work hasn't started due to
-My Health
-Personal Issues
-Or simply, any progress hasn't started after discussing/deal.
In any case, Clients are not obligated to refund after a progress has made such as: Early Concepts, and Full Progress.
Neither full nor partial refunds are allowed.
5. RIGHTS AND COMMERCIAL USE
ONLY FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL USE. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL MY WORKS IN ANY WAY
★ You do not have the permission to post my or use my WIP progresses I sent to you.
★ You have the rights to upload a watermarked version of the artwork and use it online in any non-commercial manner. You can request a watermarked version.
★ I HAVE THE RIGHTS to use the artwork/illustration of any kind in any way I decide to use them. Private Commissions (Not published anywhere) are an exceptions, cost twice as the original price.
★ Your commission will be use in any rights I reserve. In any case, if you wish it to be private, please do request beforehand.
★ You are not authorized at all in any way to modify my artworks or commissions with the intention to post on social media.
★ You are not authorized at all in any way to delete/erase my signature in my artworks nor your commissions.
6. WORKFLOW
After the discussion and deal has been made, you are required to pay a prepayment consist of half of the full price we discussed before I get to work on the concepts. Once the pre concept has been shown to you, and you have agreed, a full payment are required to be paid to me before proceeding and progress fully further on the commission discussed.
★ The maximum deadline is 1 month, the process may takes around 1-3 weeks to be finished.★ If the initial concept before the agreed upon concept were made, I reserve the rights to use the rejected concepts and modify it in any way to be used for an upcoming artworks of mine.★ The finished commission will be sent to you via Gmail (ZIPPED), with provided files such as: PDF, JPG.
You will receive:
-Full Quality Commission Artwork
-A whole stamped watermarked commission (used for sharing according to your rights)Do not be hesitate to ask for updates!
